Technical Design

Design does not stop with the submission of a planning application. The fine attention to detail is often the most important part of the process and can often define a project. With reference to the sustainability strategy the technical detail reinforces the designs integrity. Compliance with Regulations have to be observed and approved and information of sufficient detail for obtaining quotes and  undertaking construction to deliver your vision. 

We offer technical design services to further the design and resolve information for Building Control to consider and approve. During these stages, if not during earlier design, other engineering consultants may be required such as Structural Engineering and/or Mechanical and Electrical Engineers (M&E) which we can arrange and coordinate. 

Where requested we can also advise and undertake procurement stages of tendering putting together documents for this purpose and advise on the agreement of a suitable building contract. We also offer contact administration services if required.
